Detailed expeditions to the Amazon river route

Day 1 – Lake Valencia And Iso Nene, Amazon River Expeditions

We’ll pick you up from the airport to the city of Puerto Maldonado where we ll waiting our car to the direction to the office after the guide will give a short briefing and then we will go to Port Capitania there waiting for us our boat travel about 5 hours down the river Madre of Dios during the journey if we are lucky we will observe some species that usually take a walk, drink water. Haunt. Bathing etc as migratory birds, turtles, monkeys, capybaras, anteaters, tapirs etc. lazy in the afternoon arrived at Lake VALENCIA visit to the community walk through the jungle and return to our campsite optional night walk and fishing

Day 2 – Amazon River Expeditions, Iso Nene And Native Community

The next day after taking our breakfast we continue the journey of a 20 on our boat ISONENE the native community where you can live a nice experience with native people sharing their own customs and share and live their natural lives as handicrafts fishing as their food etc in the afternoon walk in the ISONENE and hiking and fishing at night after dinner campfire optional evening activity where the guide will tell the beautiful stories of the jungle and experience with a little wine

Day 3 – Amazon River Expeditions, Iso Nene Community Back To Puerto Maldonado

At dawn where we ll enjoy the sunrise and the songs of birds and noise of the river and after breakfast we ll take our things and then we can start travel about 7 hour boat trip upriver to the Alto Madre de Dios in the direction to Puerto city Maldonado

Day 4 – Amazon River Expeditions, Puerto Maldonado To Airport

Get up very early you take breakfast and then going to airport and then say goobay

What to take with you to the Amazon River Expeditions:

  • Mosquito repellent (DEET 35 recommended as a MINIMUM!!),
  • Original passport,
  • Small backpack,
  • Long sleeved cotton shirts (preferably green coloured),
  • Long cotton trousers,
  • Cotton long socks (to be put into your trousers),
  • Comfortable walking shoes,
  • Sandals or light shoes,
  • Rain gear (e.g. rain poncho),
  • Sweater (for the beginning of the tour in Andes and the cloud forest only),
  • Swimsuit;
  • Binoculars (we also rent it),
  • Camera and its charger,
  • Plastic bags to be used for clothes and a camera,
  • A hat as a protection against the Sun or rain,
